Exchanges will be offered for the same item or as similar to the item as we can get, as these are handmade and one-of-a-kind items, each with its unique characteristics. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused/unworn (where applicable) condition and be in the same condition it was in when received by the buyer.

Eligibility for Exchange:

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the RA number inside the package. Ship the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs:
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
– Approved returns will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
– Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
